Multi-Room Upgrades

Description

If you would like to add extra connections / multiroom to your subscription, we now offer this as a service. Whilst our service allows you to install on as many devices as you like, if you only have a single connection subscription then you are only able to watch on 1 single device at the same time. If you would like to add extra connections / multiroom so that you may watch on multiple devices at a time (in the same household), the prices are as follows:

• Upgrade from 1 to 2 Connections = £40
• Upgrade from 2 to 3 Connections = £40
• Upgrade from 1 to 3 Connections = £80

Note: The above prices apply regardless of how long you have left on your subscription. Unsure how many connections you have? If you’re unsure how many connections you have on your current subscription, we will be happy to check for you. Just drop us a message.

Multiroom Subscription Rules

Please note that having a multiroom subscription permits you to use your subscription on multiple devices at the same time (2 or 3 devices depending on the multiroom package you have purchased) within a single household / location only.

You should NEVER share your subscription with friends or family outside of your household.

Usage on Mobile Devices

You can use your Multiroom subscription to watch content on a mobile device at the same time as using your subscription to watch content within your household with the following conditions.

• You must stay within your multiroom connection limit
• You must use mobile data and NOT connected to a fixed Wifi connection as this will report as another fixed location

How can you use your Multiroom Subscription?

On a 2 Connection Subscription

• 2 Devices on 1 Home Wifi / Static IP used at same time IS allowed.
• 1 Device on Home Wifi / Static IP and 1 Mobile Device on 4G / 5G network at the same time IS allowed.
• 1 Device on Home Wifi / Static IP and 1 Device at work on Wifi / Static IP at the same time is NOT allowed.
• More than 1 Mobile Device on 4G / 5G network at the same time is NOT allowed.

On a 3 Connection Subscription

• 3 Devices on 1 Home Wifi / Static IP used at same time IS allowed.
• 2 Devices on Home Wifi / Static IP and 1 Mobile Device on 4G / 5G network at the same time IS allowed.
• 2 Devices on Home Wifi / Static IP and 1 Device at work on Wifi / Static IP at the same time is NOT allowed.
• More than 1 Mobile Device on 4G / 5G network at the same time is NOT allowed.

What Happens if you Abuse the Multiroom Subscription Rules?

Anyone found to be using their subscription from multiple different fixed broadband locations at the same time will have their account Disabled. A reconnection charge of £20 will be payable to re-activate any account found to be abusing the Multiroom Subscription Rules.

Continued abuse will result in the account being BANNED with no option to re-activate and no refund issued, regardless of time remaining on your subscription.
